Elaboration/Aging
Made from overripe Garnacha grapes handpicked at dawn from our Aguirre estate. The grapes are quickly squeezed and pressed for hours to prevent temperature rise, and the fermentation takes 2 months due to high sugar concentration.

Fragrance
The nose is powerful, offering rich aromas of ripe red and black fruit.
Taste
Extremely unusual sweet sensations, very pleasant and elegant with character of Garnacha and with hints of honey and notes of fig jam. Longlisting aftertaste.
Pairing
This sweet wine is ideal as a dessert wine, and pairs well with sweets, fruits, foie-gras, Roquefort cheese or Cabrales. It is best enjoyed in small quantities, allowing one to fully savor its fruity aromas.
